Thank you for your interest in becoming a retail partner with us! Before placing your order, please take a moment to read through just a few wholesale policies we have in place. We are available to answer any questions you may have.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our order minimum is 4 different scents and 24 items or $200.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production. Should we need more time, we will contact you immediately.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if something is either missing or damaged. For the quickest response, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items damaged during shipping can be exchanged or we will issue a credit for damaged merchandise towards your next order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment is due in full before order ships. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We are happy to personally deliver orders at no charge to customers located within a 45-mile radius of 20732. Customers outside of this radius (or when personal delivery is not possible) will be responsible for shipping charges. We are happy to ship through your carrier if you provide your account number. Otherwise, orders will be shipped through UPS and you will receive shipping invoice before your order ships.

RESALE OF OUR PRODUCTS
If you are a wholesale customer, we expect that our items are sold in a retail environment (brick and mortar stores) and at a reasonable retail markup, which is usually 200% of our wholesale price. We do not allow our products to be sold at or near wholesale prices through online sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
